    Booking Fees

    Starting from a £10 deposit on bookings.

    Cancellations

    For any late cancellation or unattended bookings the customer will pay the full request booking amount.

    End of Tenancy Cleaning

    We have fixed rates for end-of-tenancy property cleaning:

    • 1 bedroom — £150.00
    • 2 bedroom — £200.00
    • 3 Bedroom — £300.00
    • 4 Bedroom — £400.00
    • 5 bedroom — £500.00

    How to book with us

    You can book our services via email, phone call or by using the booking form seen here. You will then get a confirmation email or message with the details confirming your booking and with details of the cleaner attending. Our rate is £14.00 per hour and a minimum booking of 3 hours is required. For bookings of only 2 hours the hourly rate is £16.00 per hour. To extend hours beyond the maximum 4 hours available in the booking form, please send us a direct request via message.

    BNB bookings will be charged £16.00 per hour. Our new rate will cover all areas and expectations for the client to be fulfilled that the job is done correctly.

    We accept bank transfers and CASH for payment.

    Terms & Conditions

    • Payments should be made by bank transfer of cash with invoice receipt
    • Only tips are allowed to be submitted to cleaners
    • If a customer cancels a cleaning appointment without notice three times, they will be banned from using our cleaning service
    • If there are any animals in the household, the customer should make us aware of this before booking
    • Any extra work carried out within a cleaning appointment that wasn’t highlighted in the booking request will be charged extra
    • Before the cleaner leaves the cleaner will confirm with customer if everything is OK via a phone call to management
    • Additional hours required for deep cleaning appointments, starting from 4hrs
    • Cleaners take videos of before and after the clean with a customer receipt
    • Payments will be paid after the cleaning appointment
    • If the deposit is sent less than 48 hours before the job, an additional fee applies
    • 48hrs notice is required for any claims
    • All of our cleaners are DBS checked
    • All of our cleaners are vaccinated for COVID-19
    • Cleaners will not attend houses where the tenants have not been vaccinated
    • Cleaners are entitled to a 15min break if job is over 4hrs included in booking
    • No abusive language or profiling or prejudice remarks must be exchanged between both parties
    • Deposit will be paid 48 hours before the session. Any deposit unpaid before that period will result in the booking being cancelled
    • Any payments that are refused will be submitted to bailiffs and will be sent to court to recover any sums
